Background
Keyystone delivered the new Swan Hill Regional Art Gallery for Swan Hill Rural City Council — a full demolition and new build that replaced the original 1987 facility with a purpose-built 800m² cultural venue.
The project transformed one of regional Victoria's most significant cultural institutions into a contemporary single-storey space featuring modernised exhibition areas, improved amenities and enhanced public spaces, designed to support both major touring exhibitions and broader community engagement.
